Analysing a student piece of writing in Peer Group

20th-24th November,2023 Its finally here, my last blog. It was a learning experience blogging,  was a bit frustrating at times trying to navigate using technology, however it was worth it all.  I was able to share my class experience and  some new strategies which will be useful when implementing within my classroom and can be used to  enhance students learning. What are expected in Analysing a Students writing.

13th-17th November,2023 Well, well, well the count down begins. For me this session was very enlightening and useful since it was unknown to me. I never Knew that  the 6-Point Scoring Guide and the 6 plus trait are requirements for analysing a student writing. I believe that they are all important and useful in ensuring that student pieces are well written. In analysing a piece of writing one must include an overall statement of the students writing, background of the child, areas of strengths and weaknesses of the student writing and suggested activities that can be used to assist the student. This  bit of information is  very useful and  important to me as it will be used during practice teaching. I am willing to do more practice so that I will remember clearly what are expected when analysing a student piece of writing.
